Many of them could barely find the time to exercise, they were confused as to the most effective way of getting there and often had long term niggles and injuries which hampered their efforts.
Over the past 18 years as a qualified Personal Trainer I’ve tested, tweaked and modified an arsenal of different methods to find the fastest and simplest formula to get my clients feeling and moving better.
I’ve put together what I feel is the perfect combination of training methods, assessments, accountability, education and support to get the full time worker, part time athlete to finally get the sort of improvements in their chosen sport or activity that they have been searching for.
